Scott has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. His Certifications include The National Academy of Sports Medicine and CrossFit Level 1. In his 8 years of experience he was a Senior Sports Performance Coach at Integrated Athletic Performance. His responsibilities included leading small group adult fitness training programs as well as training athletes ranging from youth, middle school, high school and college. Scott has experience with teaching linear acceleration, multidirectional, maximum velocity and transitional running mechanics. He was responsible for the program design and implementation of strength and power development programs for all athletes. Scott was part of a team that trained some of the best in Connecticut, including current athletes playing at UCONN, Boston College, Temple, Merrimack and other D1, D2 and D3 Universities. In order to become more well-rounded, Scott became a Certified CrossFit Level 1 Coach where he is able to share his knowledge with his current clientele. Educating clients on the importance of nutrition and meal planning as well as group and personal one on one training is what makes Scott excel in his field.
